Section 62A
Leave Without Pay
(1) An employee who requests for the leave without pay as referred to in Section 71A. of the Act has to make an application, accompanied by an evidence of deputation of his or her wife or husband in the Nepalese embassy or any mission abroad.
(2) A civil employee may take the leave as referred to in Sub-rule
(1) for a maximum period of Five years at one time or at several times.
(3) The leave as referred to in this Rule may be approved by the Government of Nepal.
